Salary range is $106,390 - $111,093 + Superannuation + Salary Sacrifice.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a client case load as negotiated with the Clinical Services Manager. This will include an Early Intervention component and is comprised of supporting the triage, assessment and referral of individuals who are awaiting clinical allocation.Provide trauma-informed speech pathology or psychological assessments and interventions as part of an integrated team.Identify and work toward client goals and achieve successful case outcomes for clients.Attend stakeholder meetings for the benefit of clients and develop case plans.Regularly attend and participate in case reviews and other case discussions as required.Minimum Qualifications:Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (Speech Language Pathology or Psychology).Membership with Speech Pathology Australia and hold Certified Practicing Speech Pathology (CPSP) status or National registration with the Psychology Board of Australia under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.At least two years experience working with children, young people and their families who have been impacted by trauma or experienced abuse and neglect, or at least two years experience working in similar roles.Experience providing individual and group therapy to children, young people and their families.Clinical and therapeutic understanding of the impacts of trauma on child and family functioning.Knowledge of current trauma treatment trends and child protection legislation and policy reforms.A high level of cultural awareness and experience working with families from different cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.Other RequirementsEligibility for a positive Working with Children Check in the applicable state of employment in Australia or exemption based on professional qualifications and registration.Eligibility for a NDIS Worker Clearance Check.Applicants must be eligible to legally work in Australia and proof of eligibility will be requested.About ApplyingJob applications will be reviewed as soon as submitted.
