You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop processes, documentation, and reporting to meet divisional compliance requirements.You will maintain accurate data, manage reporting activities, and build strong customer relationships using sound judgment. Additionally, you will help drive process consistency within the team and assist in coordinating controlled and regulatory documents. Always looking for process improvement, you will contribute to efficient and effective systems.As this is a temporary opportunity up to 6 months, you will be available to commence a new role immediately.The people you''ll join:Based in Virginia, Brisbane, you will work within the Network and Business Development division, reporting directly to the Administration Team Leader.What you''ll bring:The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Business Administration (or equivalent experience). You will have considerable experience in administration or business support within a team environment, with a proven ability to contribute to process enhancement and efficiencies.
