Were seeking a passionate, results-driven individual who is keen to be the pivotal relationship manager across our products and services for our Dealer network in Queensland. As part of our Sales & Marketing team, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and manage the implementation, training and budgeted growth of our Mercedes-Benz Financial and Insurance products.If this sounds like the role youve been looking for, wed love to have you on boardwe can make a difference together!What youll do:Develop and maintain strong, invested relationships with our dealer network and industry partners to achieve sales targets;Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting our finance and insurance products and services;Promote and support our marketing initiatives including implementing national strategies;Drive synergy across our dealer network, the overall performance, value and service and support in resolving problems as required;Identify, target and pitch future acquisition opportunity across our products and services, and anticipate future challenges;Monitor monthly dealer performance, analyse market trends and execute reporting;Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless processes and collaboration;Represent the Company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities;QualifikationenThe skills were looking for:Interest in our prestigious global brand, financial products and knowledge of the automotive industry;5-10 years proven performance in a sales role to specific targets and KPIs;Exceptional sales and relationship management skills;Proven communication skills including sound negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to deliver effective presentations to stakeholders;Sound organizational and time management skills to optimize opportunities and effectiveness - as an individual and that of your stakeholders;Sound skills and aptitude in technology, including Microsoft office, and Point of Sale and dealer network systems;Aptitude and desire to continue personal and professional learning;Ability to travel between dealerships as required.If you believe youre the right person for this permanent full-time role, please apply by Friday 28th February 2025.About us as an employerAt Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, we believe our people make the difference.
