The Program Manager also ensures compliance with safety, quality, and clinical governance standards, while effectively managing resources to meet performance objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of Youturn Postvention services.Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including State/Territory partners, statutory partners, local State and Federal Government, partner organisations, PHNs, and contract managers.Provide strong leadership and expertise within Youturn services.Manage team performance and support ongoing professional development.Identify business development opportunities that align with Youturns Strategic Plan and objectives.Lead the development and implementation of clinical governance frameworks.Monitor and manage risks, ensuring teams adhere to evidence-based practices and protocols.Support co-design, collaboration, and planning activities to identify local needs and strategies.Stay informed on industry trends, reforms, and initiatives, while understanding the needs and interests of individuals and communities.What we are looking forA tertiary qualification in Health, Social Services, or a business discipline, with postgraduate qualifications in Public Health, Health Policy, Clinical Governance, Planning, or a related field highly regarded.A strong background in clinical and/or social services management, with experience in risk management, incident reporting, and quality improvement processes.Proven experience leading, developing, and contributing to a multi-disciplinary team across various locations, with strong interpersonal communication (oral and written), as well as conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to manage complex service delivery programs, applying clinical governance principles to achieve outcomes.Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to harness innovation and identify opportunities that align with and strengthen shared goals.
