Together were attacking every blood cancer, from every direction, in every way we can.During a 6-month fixed term contract, the Senior Regular Giving Coordinator will hold primary responsibility for the execution and day to day management of the Leukaemia Foundations regular giving program, The Giving Cell. They will be responsible for reporting, insight generation and program management, ensuring that all TGC activities are delivered to timeline and budget.The Senior Individual Giving Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, Individual Giving Retention Manager, Snr Individual Giving Coordinator and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver key activities to meet budget targets and key performance indicators.This is a full time 6 month contract based out of either Brisbane (Dutton Park or Coopers Plains sites) or Melbourne (Carlton site). Leukaemia Foundation adopts a hybrid working model, therefore if you have a suitable home workstation you will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week.We will trust you to:Meet Regular Giving program key performance indicators pertaining to income, expense and performance.Develop and implement Data-driven tactical plans to drive optimised performance across acquisition activities (including telemarketing).Develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.Effectively collaborate across the Fundraising and Growth team and cross-functional teams across the organisation.Does this sound like you:2- 3 years of experience operating at a Coordinator level ideally within the not-for-profit sector or in a mass marketing background.Ability to work independently, with a strategic mindset and with initiative to achieve program outcomes.Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with Telemarketing agencies.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated project management skills in leading and delivering end to end processes and programs.Demonstrated experience adapting and prioritising competing projects and ability to create and manage detailed project timelines.Demonstrated understanding of the Regular Giving discipline.Demonstrated experience in budget development and management.Proven experience in data analysis and segmentation to derive insights.
