The clinical units will include PICU, neurosurgery, ortho/plastics, general medicine and HEN and other medical specialties as required. It will also include rotation on the weekend roster.Classification for this position with range from AJ1 AJ4 Grade 2 Year 1 to Grade 2 Year 4 ($92,627.60 to $104,811.20 per annum + superannuation + salary packaging).What Youll Achieve:Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient care is integrated and effectiveProvide nutritional care to paediatric patients (inpatients and outpatients) and nutritional support across a variety of specialist/medical unitsBuild and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including food service and formula room staff, to ensure patient and ward needs are addressed effectivelyYour Skills and Experience:Eligibility for full Membership of Dietitians AustraliaEligibility for the Accredited Practising Dietitian ProgramMinimum postgraduate degree Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalentIf this sounds like you, click here to view the position description.About The Department:The Department of Nutrition and Food Services at The Royal Children''s Hospital incorporates the clinical dietetic service, the Main Kitchen that caters for inpatient meals and the Central Formula Room that produces formula, enteral feeds and fortifies expressed breast milk to meet the nutritional needs of patients.
