The core focus of this customer-focused role is to support the prompt enquiries of customer applications to support speed of admission (within our aged care centres). You will support the conversions of leads to increase the admissions into the Aged Care portfolio to ensure achievement of individual and group metrics.You will also be a key driver in developing strong local community, government (health) connections to promote IRT Aged Care Services and offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesTimely financial assessment, customer engagement and approval of customer care applications, in line with identified KPIsParticipate and contribute in the strategic plan for ACC Occupancy and implement the initiatives by being pro-active and responsive in challenging highly legislated aged care environment.Build relationships with Local Health Districts (LHDs) and external referral partners.Support Care Managers with execution of occupancy processes to aid achievement of occupancy targets.Maintain currency of knowledge of Aged Care Centre sites within the immediate regional portfolio, operational environment, and locality of site, regional relationships and referral partnerships.Achieve sales and occupancy targets through a structured and methodical sales approach.Monitor competitor information to understand competitor activity and pricing.Maintain up-to-date and accurate records by ensuring attention to detail - including but not limited to - entries in CRM systems, resident agreements, resident files, transaction recording.Participate as an IRT ambassador at public events such as expos, open days and community presentations etc.To Be Successful You Will HaveExtensive and demonstrated experience in sales role with evidence of ability to deliver exceptional customer service.Highly analytical and quantitative, and actively draw insight from a wide variety of internal and external sources to generate new ideas and opportunities.Effective organisational problem solving skills.Experience in the development of strategic plans and implementing key initiatives to achieve targets.Knowledge and empathy of health and social issues of the aged.Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook.Current driver''s licence.Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.Understanding of relevant industry legislation (desirable).Benefits for YouCompetitive pay and more cash in your pocket (less tax) with not-for-profit salary packaging.Flexible working conditions.Birthday leave - relax and take a day off on us!Professional and career development opportunities.Multiple career pathways.Discounted gym memberships.Free counselling via Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and staff wellness program.How to ApplyIf you feel this is the right role for you, we''d love to hear from you!
