Offering 256 well-appointed hotel rooms and suites, multiple food and beverage venues and six conference rooms.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Front Office Team as a Guest Service Agent on a casual basis.Your responsibilities will include:Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between.Be the first point of contact for guests and visitors.Complete a wide variety of front office tasks, ensuring that every day is different, from selling the hotels facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts.Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standards.Reconcile cashier floats at the completion of each shift.Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features, benefits, and signed up to the loyalty program.Assist our guests with their requests.QualificationsWhat we need from you:Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and preferably Opera.The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.A natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service, setting you apart from the rest.A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guests smile during their stay.Additional InformationIn addition to the opportunity to grow and develop your career potential, we provide duty meals and discounts in over 100 countries with AccorHotels and our partners.We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit, and promote diverse talent.
