Following a recent acquisition and significant growth, we are looking for a Customer Service / Key Account Administrator to join our team. This role, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, is integral to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Position Overview:This full-time role, based in Melbourne, offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement. As a vital member of the Customer Service team, youll manage the entire order process, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as customers, sales, procurement, warehouse, and logistics. This is not a typical call center positionwhile you may handle up to 10 calls per day, the primary focus will be on operational support, managing a busy shared inbox, and ensuring smooth order processing via email and other communication channels.Key Responsibilities:Accurately process customer orders while ensuring clear and effective communication.Address, investigate, resolve, and report on customer complaints and consumer inquiries.Perform general administrative tasks to support overall business operations.About You:Proven experience in a Customer Service team within the FMCG industry, ideally with order processing experience for major retailers such as Coles, Woolworths, Costco, Aldi, Metcash, and/or Reject Shop.Solid experience in managing customer and consumer complaints.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience with B2B Ecommerce Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is advantageous.What We Offer:Competitive salary with bonus incentives.Free onsite parking or annual public transport support.Hybrid work model for improved work-life balance.Convenient location near the Shrine of Remembrance and public transport options.Additional Information: A police check will be conducted during the later stages of the selection process.
