Working closely with our talented hosts, you''ll shape episodes from concept to delivery - from researching fascinating guests and crafting compelling scripts to recording, editing, and distributing episodes that keep our audience coming back for more. Your attention to detail and passion for storytelling will help drive both audience growth and engagement across our podcast network.Responsibilities:You''re an experienced podcast producer who can masterfully manage multiple shows, from daily to seasonal formats, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality audio content on deadline.You have a keen ear for compelling stories and the research skills to match, able to pitch relevant topics and source expert guests that will resonate with our audience.You''re an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with hosts, guests, and commercial partners while ensuring sponsorship deliverables are met seamlessly.You have strong writing skills and can craft engaging scripts, show notes, and promotional content that captures our audience''s attention across all platforms.You''re technically proficient in audio production and distribution, comfortable with managing remote recordings, sound checks, and multi-platform distribution.You''re a collaborative team player who understands audience insights and can work effectively with audience development teams to grow and engage our listener community.Now, a bit about you.Minimum two years experience in a similar role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong audio editing skills (Adobe Audition preferred).Experience booking a diverse range of guests for a variety of topics.Ability to give and receive effective feedback with curiosity and respect.Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt a measured approach in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work well independently and in a team.Ability to research, find and book guests for both short and long-term projects.A strong commitment to continuous process improvement, initiatives, and ability to solve problems creatively.Life at Mamamia.We''re fast-paced, innovative, and deeply collaborative.
