With our newly renovated space, were ready to take our bakery to the next leveland we want you to be a part of it!Who were looking for:Experienced bakers with a strong background in baking and pastry.At least 5 years of experience in the food industry.A creative mind ready to bring fresh ideas and help boost our sales.Responsibilities:Ensure all equipment and the workplace are clean and ready for use before beginning production, following safety and health guidelines.Examine and measure ingredients precisely, ensuring the quality of raw materials.Work on dough and pastry by kneading, maturing, mixing, cutting, moulding, and shaping it into the required forms.Prepare fillings used for pastry products.Adjust oven settings and monitor product appearance to determine the correct baking duration.Manage the processes of shaping, loading, baking, cooling, and removing bread, rolls, and pastries from pans.Apply glazes to buns and pastries, and decorate cakes using icing and cream.Operate equipment designed for rolling, moulding dough, and cutting biscuits.Clean, grease, and prepare cooking trays, tins, and other baking equipment for the next production run.Salary: $75,000 + SuperannuationIf youre excited to work in a warm, community-focused environment and have the vision to grow alongside us, wed love to hear from you!
