Our core values, Customer Success, Ambition, Equality and Team are at the foundation of who we are and how we operate.Job DescriptionThe RoleAs an Associate in Registry Operations, you will become an integral part of our dynamic team, dedicated to delivering outstanding operational support and service excellence. You will assist in the processing of administrative tasks related to registry operations, ensuring compliance with legislative and procedural requirements. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the team in achieving shared goals while continuously developing your expertise to meet evolving industry standards.Join us in this exciting opportunity to develop your career in registry operations and make a meaningful impact in our organisation!ResponsibilitiesProcess all operational administration tasks while adhering to agreed services and quality standards.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve enquiries related to registry operations.Support the team in managing high volumes of data and maintain accurate records in compliance with legislative and area-specific procedures.Assist the Customer Success Managers in their day-to-day activities to ensure a seamless client experience.Contribute to the preparation and management of investor communications, including shareholder forms and meeting materials.Actively participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and celebrating achievements to foster a positive team environment.Desired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated Capabilities2+ years experience in Employee Share Plans or Share Registry.Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to maintain accuracy while processing large volumes of data.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly to clients and colleagues.Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.A proactive approach to learning new skills and contributing to continuous process improvements.DiversityCreating a workforce that actively embraces diversity, inclusion and a sense of belonging is key to our success.
