Job DetailsAbout UsAustralian Panels is Australias leading manufacturer of board products for all joinery and structural flooring applications.This role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis and is to be based in Oberon NSW.At Borg Manufacturing, we believe innovative people, unique manufacturing, and logistics are the foundation of our business.RosterPermanent Day Shift position available with the following 14-day rotation:Monday to Thursday Week 1Tuesday to Friday Week 2Enjoy a 4-day weekend every fortnight to ensure a positive work/lifestyle balance.What are we looking for?Australian Panels are looking to add a permanent full-time fitter to the growing maintenance team.This role will support the maintenance department with the provision of preventative and corrective mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting programming/control faults.The position will also be involved with mechanical and system control projects, and you will work with both state-of-the-art machinery and manufacturing techniques.Desirable Skills & Experience:Be a qualified and experienced tradesperson.Have experience in machine troubleshooting/problem-solving and fault finding.Have experience in preventative maintenance.Be able to demonstrate experience in the maintenance of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Possess the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.General Requirements:By applying for this role, you accept that the following checks will occur:Pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, drug, and alcohol testing.Australian citizenship/permanent residency and/or working rights in Australia.To Apply:If you are interested in joining our expanding organisation, please send us your application.
