You will have the chance to work with one of the largest disability service providers in Australia whilst completing a Certificate 3 in Individual Support. The team you will be working with are very supportive and enthusiastic. They will be able to guide you and provide you with a wealth of knowledge along the way.In this Traineeship you will learn how to provide support within the Home Service; assisting people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, whether they have complex needs or just need some additional support at home. No two days will be the same!
