If you are passionate about hairdressing and delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a comfortable experience.Consult with clients, assess hair type and facial features, and recommend suitable styles and treatments.Provide expert hairdressing services, including:Shampooing and relaxing scalp massageStyle cuts for children, adults, and seniorsBeard and moustache trimming, shaping, and shavingBlow drying and hair settingStyling for formal eventsRecommending and applying hair colouring productsMaintain and update client records in the salons system.Schedule appointments via phone and SMS.Attend Just Cuts training sessions to stay up to date with the latest techniques and trends.Educate clients on salon services and hair care products, providing recommendations and product demonstrations.Process payments using cash registers (cash and credit card transactions).Maintain salon hygiene by cleaning and sanitising equipment and workstations per Safe Work Australia and COVID-19 Safe Workplaces Framework guidelines.Open and close the salon as required.QualificationsFully qualified Hairdresser Hairdressing Level 3.Alternatively, three years of experience will meet the skill level requirement.ExperienceFive years of experience in a similar environment preferred.SkillsPassionate about a career in hairdressing.Confident in promoting and demonstrating hair care and styling products to clients.Well-groomed and well-presented.Strong communication skills.Works well in a team environment.Friendly and positive personality.Able to work in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
