By having a knowledge of emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able to create cross-channel deliverables to clients that meet their needs.Responsible for the visual creation of campaigns, pre and post production and on-set art direction.Establish the conceptual and stylistic direction of client projectsOrchestrate projects through the management of production staffCollaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project designDevelop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategyCreate cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion)Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesExperience and Skills - Who you areAn Art Director with at least 5+ years industry experience at a senior levelBreadth of style and design capabilityDelivery of projects on time and within budgetAn independent thinker, with the practical experience and ability to confidently coordinate an array of projects at any given timeGreat communication skills whos able to build positive relationships with all stakeholdersAn unflappable multi-tasker with a reactive approach to balancing and prioritizing a shifting workloadAnd of course, someone who can catch a curveball with a smile, and repurpose it into a positive creative solution.If that sounds like you get in contact!
