First Nations Cultural Specialist - Tennant CreekAbout the roleOur First Nations team are actively souring multiple Cultural Specialists to join their team in Tennant Creek on a full-time or part-time basis. This role attracts a salary of $35.17 - $38.37 / hour gross (approx. $69,500 - $75,800 full time per year).This role will see you working to support the delivery of our First Nations programs to ensure our First Nations residents and clients remain connected to their culture and country. You will work with other ARRCS staff in providing culturally sensitive activities and information to support our elderly residents.This role would suit a self-starter who is proactive and able to work independently. You will be passionate about your culture and working with our elderly residents and non-indigenous staff to share your knowledge. You will be comfortable working on a full-time or part-time basis and able to commit to a set roster of shifts and hours. Some travel across the NT may be required in this role.As the successful candidate, you will identify or have a close cultural connection with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders.
