Here, youll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The roleExciting things are happening at Crown and due to a group-wide transformation project, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Learning & Development Lead to join the Sydney team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This key role is responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of the Learning and Development plans for Crown Sydney, leading the needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, delivery schedule of all training and facilitation.This position plays a critical part in ensuring seamless employee lifecycle processes are achieved, whilst supporting the build of capability within our people across the business. Youll collaborate closely with various levels of stakeholders at Crown Sydney and the wider organisation to deliver the required programs and initiatives in conjunction with our cross-property teams in Melbourne and Perth.Some of the key responsibilities will involve:Manage the operations and scheduling of the Training Delivery Plan for Crown SydneyPrograming facilitation and training deliveryIdentifying learning and skill gaps by conducting a TNA or similar, applying best practice methodologies and providing solutionsActively engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback on existing programs and identify opportunities for improvement and innovationPartnering with the learning & development team members to deliver and facilitate learning and evaluate effectiveness of the program via feedbackBeing a trusted advisor to people leaders and providing learning insights, recommendations & solutionsStaying up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and technologyChampioning a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organisationYoull have:Demonstrated experience in Learning and Development Management or similar rolesA passion for learning and development practices that add value and drive capability upliftAbility to deliver engaging and impactful learning programs to a diverse range of employeesStrong ability to recognise skills gaps and identify appropriate training solutionsKnowledge of learning management systems and eLearning authoring toolsUnderstanding of different learning styles, demonstrated across a wide range of delivery methodsStrong leadership proficiency, as well as excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skillsRelevant tertiary qualifications and/or a Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentWhat we offer you:Full-time, 12-month fixed term contract opportunity, based in Crowns corporate office in BarangarooComplimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant (variety of hot foods, salad + sandwich bar, fruit and pastries)Opportunity to take part and be rewarded in Crowns group-wide recognition and awards programAbility to be an active member and contribute to Crowns community, diversity & inclusion committeesChance to expand your career and skills alongside experienced leaders in an iconic, luxury brandGenerous discounts across Crown hotels Australia wide, as well as our restaurants and bars (Nobu, Golden Century, Epicurean, Woodcut, Amare, Cirq + more)Access to discounts with various corporate partners across insurance, health & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology and moreAdditional InformationWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
