This key role is responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of the Learning and Development plans for Crown Sydney, leading the needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, delivery schedule of all training and facilitation.This position plays a critical part in ensuring seamless employee lifecycle processes are achieved, whilst supporting the build of capability within our people across the business.
