If you thrive in a hands-on leadership role and want to drive financial excellence in a fast-paced environmentwith the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement (work from home and on-site)this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Your RoleReporting to the GM Finance, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting, and valuable insights to support business decisions. You''ll also have the opportunity to lead and develop a small team, making a meaningful contribution to our business success.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage financial reporting, including the preparation of accurate weekly and monthly reports.Administer and optimise the company ERP and other transactional systems.Establish and monitor standard costs, analysing variances to drive efficiency.Develop financial forecasts and budgets, supporting inventory management and production planning.Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Partner with key stakeholders to provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations.About YouYoure a finance professional with a strong background in manufacturing, major corporations, or large business divisions. You have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.You bring: Expertise in financial and management accounting, payroll, and statutory reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
