Support comes in many forms with a focus on intervention, prevention and education to make a difference in the areas of:Integrated Family Services, Health & Community Services, Victims Assistance Program, Early Childhood Education and Care Services, NDIS Services, Evidence Innovation & Practice, and Trauma and Recovery Services, to respond quickly to emergencies, disasters and emergent needs.Reporting to the ICT Program Management Lead, the Senior ICT Business Analyst is integral in achieving ICT results which are aligned with the larger picture of the organization and its strategic goals. Responsible for championing the business analysis function and ensuring solutions align to Enterprise Architecture and Solutions Offering, therefore 10 years+ BA experience is essential.This role comprises 80% business analysis and 20% project management activities and requires a mastery proficiency in innovation and continuous improvements, plus excellent service delivery, collaboration and co-ordination capabilities.This newly created 2-year position (potential for ongoing permanent employment) will form an integral part of the delivery of Windermeres digital strategy and enterprise ICT investment and uplift.The right candidate will have a desire to explore new frontiers and will join Windermere at an exciting time, as we mature the digital landscape!Job DescriptionWhy work at Windermere?We are committed to outcome-focused care for children, families and individuals and to making a positive difference in the community. You will have a strong drive for comprehending business problems and providing solutions to maximise value to stakeholders.On a daily basis you will work closely with our internal customers to undertake end to end delivery of business solutions demands, and coordinate with them to determine who is responsible for testing, validating, evaluating new applications and functions, and determining issues in services and software.You will be highly skilled in requirements gathering in a succinct and presentable way and confident supporting innovative and creative idea generation. You will enjoy multi-tasking and getting things done quickly and accurately. You will be passionate about mapping current state and future state and influencing results.You will be a highly organised, excellent communicator and listener with independent thought and an inquiring mind and confident building rapport and relationships. Use the salary packaging calculator available here - Salary Packaging Calculator | AccesspayKey Selection Criteria:Bachelors degree in business systems or information systems (Mandatory)Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with certifications in Lean and Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (desirable).10+ years of demonstrated, applied technology-focused business analyst experience, with 5+ years senior professional experience with a track record of deliveries in fast paced environmentsExperience delivering CRM, ERP and Website projects is highly desirableKnowledge and expertise in the use of business analysis methodologies and tools ideally from BABOK. Certifications in IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysts) preferredExpertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, system documentation, and business systems development is a must. Experience deploying end-to-end problem identification, business process mapping, workshopping,Excellent data analysis skills and high proficiency in MS ExcelA strong understanding of technology platforms and applications will be requiredOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision and the ability to make effective presentations.
