In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Cancer Council NSW, specialising in all aspects of sun protection.Key Responsibilities Of The RoleEnsuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experienceAssisting with the day-to-day operations of the storeMaintaining a deep understanding of our product rangeAchieving sales targets (with proceeds contributing to cancer research and support programs)About YouExceptional customer service approach with great communication skillsPrevious retail experience highly regarded but not essential, including working to a budget and KPI''sAvailability for minimum 3-5 shifts a weekFlexibility to work including weekends and late night tradingAbility to work effectively both within a team and autonomouslyPositive attitude with an empathetic natureCCNSW is an inclusive place to volunteer and work.
