Administration Officer - Women''s and Babies DivisionJob no: 894314Work type: Part timeLocation: Adelaide CBDCategories: Administration, Business and ManagementWomen''s and Children''s Health Network, Womens and Babies Division, North Adelaide (5006)SalaryClassification - ASO2 - Administrative Services Officer L2 - $58,709 to $63,154 + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice BenefitsPart Time (0.7 FTE) - Term ContractAbout the OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Womens and Babies Division as a Administration Officer, where you will be responsible for:Incumbents of this role must be available to work a 24/7 roster.Providing a high level of administrative and reception support services to the DepartmentMaintaining and ensuring accuracy of clerical documentationContributing to the provision of effective patient care management by maintaining accurate records, booking lists and other detailsAssisting in the management of outpatient clinic bookingsMaintaining systems and processes to assist the streamlining and efficiency of timely processes and workload within the DepartmentAs part of an administrative service, the incumbent is required to work in any of the positions falling within the requirements of the position as directed by the Administrative Manager.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous administrative / clerical experience.Ability to provide an administration and advisory service to management and staff at all levels and to establish and maintain both integrity and confidentiality in dealing with issues of a sensitive nature.Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of people on a range of sensitive and complex issues.Ability to work independently and under limited direction to meet deadlines and achieve agreed outputs whilst working with demanding and sometimes competing priorities.What WCHN Can Offer YouRelocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.Salary package a range of benefits including living expenses such as mortgage, rent, utility bills and groceries up to $9,010 each FBT year + $2,650 for Meal Entertainment expenses each FBT year.Access to Fitness Passport.Free public transport for SA Health Metropolitan Hospital workers to and from the Womens and Childrens Hospital.Access to generous leave provisions and professional development opportunities.Support for you and your family via our Employee Assistance Program.About UsThe Womens & Childrens Health Network is the states leading provider of best practice health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia.
