Unit/Division: Department of Health > System-wide Industrial RelationsSystem-wide Industrial Relations (SWIR) is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Level 4 Industrial Relations Consultant in a Permanent Full Time position.About UsSWIR is a unit within the Department of Health with remit to manage system-wide industrial relations matters across the WA health system, including the negotiation of all WA health system industrial agreements.We are a diverse team with human resource, workplace relations and legal backgrounds, committed to developing new and upcoming industrial relations professionals in the public sector. We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment where no one day is the same.About YouSuccessful applicants will provide high quality industrial and workplace relations consultancy, advisory and representation services to the System Manager of the WA health system.Working within an allocated portfolio, you will be part of a team ensuring consistent application of WA health system-wide industrial relations instruments, regulatory policy frameworks, public sector policies and related legislation.You will support the negotiation of WA health system industrial agreements and management of strategic, complex, and high-risk health workforce issues and disputes aligned with the System Manager''s strategic direction.You will gain exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and valuable experience in strategic industrial relations issues across the WA health system and public sector.
