Here you will make a tangible difference and positive impact, while gaining incredible industry experience and broad ranging exposure to the most exciting work.Urbis, Shaping futures your way!Who We''re Looking For:We are always on the lookout for skilled professionals in various heritage roles across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Perth, including:Heritage ConsultantsSenior Heritage ConsultantsAssociate Directors HeritageArchaeology Consultants (Casual and Permanent)What you will be doing:Conducting heritage assessments and preparing conservation management plansDeveloping and implementing heritage impact statementsLeading and managing heritage projects from inception to completionProviding expert advice on heritage conservation and adaptive reuse of historic buildingsEngaging with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project successMentoring and developing junior team members (for senior roles)Conducting archaeological assessments and fieldwork (for archaeology roles)About You:Strong understanding of heritage conservation principles and legislationExcellent project management and organisational skillsEffective communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesProven experience in heritage assessments and conservation planningAbility to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamLeadership and mentoring skills (for senior roles)Passion for preserving cultural heritage and uncovering historical insights (for archaeology roles)Why Urbis?Urbis is committed to fostering an inclusive, flexible, and diverse work environment.
