The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking development assessment, building certification, plumbing regulation and associated activities for Council.To succeed in this role, you will have relevant recent experience in working within building certification and development assessment. A minimum registration level with NSW Fair Trading of Building Surveyor - Restricted (Class 1 and 10 Buildings) is required.
