We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team.This is a pivotal role within our National Sales Team, taking ownership of a key customer portfolio and managing multiple categories within the Coles channel as well as managing our relationship with Officeworks. You will lead customer relationships, demand planning, trade spend control, and promotional activities while supporting the broader business unit in achieving its strategic objectives.The RoleAs a National Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for designated customers and categories, managing end-to-end processes to drive business success. Your focus will be on strengthening customer relationships, optimising financial outcomes, and ensuring efficient demand planning.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management: Serve as the key point of contact for customers across designated categories, building and maintaining strong relationships.Financial Control: Delivering against the key financial elements including gross and net sales, trade spend and gross margin.Promotional Planning and Evaluation: Oversee promotional programs, including costing, planning, and post-activity evaluation, deliver optimal ROI and identify areas for improvement.Demand Forecasting: Own the forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely projections aligned with internal processes and DIFOT.Collaborate with brand & category teams to ensure high-quality range review presentations and other engagements.What Were Looking ForWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in account management within the FMCG industry.
