Our other farms are located in Katherine and Abbotsleigh. These regions are a focus of growth for us.This role is responsible for the operational and strategic requirements of the compliance function on all our sites nationally, assisting with the establishment and ongoing maintenance of the compliance framework in line with regulatory requirements.Execute and maintain the Compliance & Risk monitoring framework and reporting programContribute to the execution of Compliance & Risk management, learning and development for all employees and responding to questions and escalationsCompliance with assessments of incidents, breaches and complaints and when applicable, deal with and report to applicable regulatorsEnsure sustainable compliance with relevant regulatory obligations, audits, policies, and frameworks including Sedex/Global gap/HACCP/export audits and supporting Safety auditsResponsible for document, process and quality controlsExecute compliance risk and control assurance activities and control testing, obligations management and assurance activities, such as trade monitoring.Assist in identifying and analysing the impact of existing, new/proposed/amended laws, regulations, and industry codes and action plans to ensure compliance and manage implementation efforts.Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:Tertiary qualification (business, finance, law, or risk management) and/or equivalent industry certificationProven track record in a similar role in food manufacturingCompliance, and or industry qualificationsStrong experience with major ERP packages and BI tools is essential (Microsoft & Power BI, Fresh Data is a plus).
