All with access to top of the market tools and equipment at your disposal.The Difference You Will MakeYoull be responsible for owning client relations, acting as an extension of their business, and spearheading new initiatives.Drive the approach and thinking forward, we want innovators and trailblazers who are ready to pick up their torch and push the agency and its clients thinking forward to achieving goals.We love fresh ideas and creative thinking; bring your energy and passion to the team.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead point of contact (POC) for our clients.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Negotiate contracts and close agreements with both leads and existing clients (upselling) to maximise profits.Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet commercial targets.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).Prepare reports on account status and track KPIs.Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededTeam supervision, management, and coordination to ensure work is efficiently delivered to clients.Task management and coordination.Calendar management and coordination.Risk identification and control and proposal of corrective actions.Your ExpertiseMinimum of 3 years experience working within a creative/ digital agency.Proven track record in account management & client services, you can navigate the fast-paced demands from clients, while managing expectations and resources internally.Not only do you nurture relationships but youre also commercially minded uncovering revenue growth opportunities by seeking pain points and upselling any existing services.Drawing on your expertise, youll translate insights into action, drive profitability, and become a trusted advisor to our clients, solidifying the relationship.What We OfferThis is a full-time role, hybrid workingWork with experts in this field, with the benefit of direct training and learning from the senior leadership team.Opportunities for career progression and professional development.Application ProcessIf you are passionate about social media, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to drive business growth, we would love to hear from you.
