Built in 1850, the lodge is rich in history and provides a cosy, comfortable home with mountain and park views. The centre is conveniently located with access to public transport and is only 2 minutes drive to the New Town Plaza and local services.We are excited to invite applications for 6 months Max Term as Clinical Care Coordinator position, with the potential for permanency, to join our dedicated team at our residential aged care centre in New Town, TAS 7008.About The RoleAs the Clinical Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of safe, effective and individualised care to residents and their families (including managing staff and physical resources) and assisting residents to lead an active and meaningful life as independently as possible in keeping with the organisation''s Mission, Vision and Values.ResponsibilitiesYou will work with and assist the Care Manager to plan, coordinate and evaluate the clinical care in the centre to maintain full accreditation and achieve best practice.
