Full time Continuing role an efficient and supportive Senior Administrative OfficerOpportunity to support clinical governance functions, across the university including Clinical audits and processes that support the clinical Governance and Quality office such as a provision of secretarial support for the Clinical Governance CommitteeBase Salary $99,455 + 17% superannuationAbout the opportunityThe Senior Administrative Officer provides general operational support to conduct and deliver activities and tasks specific to service business needs and risk analysis. The role will liaise with areas across the University to meet the Clinical Governance and Quality (CGSO) office key deliverables.The Senior Administrative Officer will support a variety of functions within the CGSO including Clinical Governance document management, secretariat support for the Clinical Governance and Quality Committee and the clinical auditing and clinical monitoring systems.Your key responsibilities will be to:Be responsible for gathering and preparing data and information for analysis and reporting related to the clinical governance of clinics.Be responsible for the clinical governance processes, including preparing reports, documenting timelines, and tracking activity.Support the implementation of the clinical governance framework, embedding safety and quality culture into the operations of clinics and services.Assist in the review of policies, procedures, or operational protocols to support Clinical Governance.Ensure compliance with University of Sydney WH&S Management System, including WH&S Policies and Procedures.Develop and maintain effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders across the University.Liaise across the University to complete Clinic reviews and information gathering requirements.About youHave excellent administrative skills, including committee secretariat experience.Have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills (verbal and written) with a demonstrated understanding of privacy and confidentiality policies and procedures.Have demonstrated working experience in health clinics or experience in the health sector with demonstrated working knowledge of operational performance monitoring, risk analysis, and process improvement.Have experience in working with a diverse group of key stakeholders and the ability to develop/cultivate productive relationships with key contributors.Have previously worked in the health sector within a complex, multi-faceted organisation.Have high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and refined organisational and time management skills.Have demonstrated planning and analysis skills together with the ability to work to strict deadlines and manage various demands.Sponsorship / work rights for AustraliaPlease note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
