We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.Help us help others with life changing support that can improve their independence, access, development, health and wellbeing, and function.We would love to hear from Occupational Therapists with all levels of experience who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community and a clinic space.Job DescriptionWe are expanding our multidisciplinary team supporting NDIS participants living in the Sutherland Shire, Caringbah & surrounding areas and welcome an Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful and rewarding impact in their local community. Youll bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.Successful candidates will be providing supports to cover NDIS participants living in the following areas (depending on where you live): Sutherland Shire, Caringbah & surrounding areas.We will provide you with structured supervision, mentoring, and CPD opportunities. You might find us in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.Responsibilities will include:Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services.Assess participants developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.Mentor and nurture early career clinicians.Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.What''s in it for you?As you support many, we support you.
