Permits and licenses are valid and maintained, total adherence to site and road regulations.Safety leadership: Manage drivers safely through their shift; pre-start checks processes including TRAMS / JSA are adhered to at all times, monitor and manage fatigue. Deliver against safety management plans and manage adherence within the team.Conduct: Toolbox talks, delivering clear and consistent messages Incident response: Involvement and assistance.Incident investigation: conducting effective, high quality incident investigations. Responsible for the implementation of corrective actions.Accountability and performance: Team members accountabilities and responsibilities are understood, and employees are delivering to expectation.
