The successful candidate must have experience in assessing overseas qualifications (Higher Education Diploma level programs) and a strong understanding of a range of overseas education systems.This role supports a team working in a busy and diverse environment and will require a collaborative attitude and strong organisational skills.Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Assess applications for international and domestic students and process letters of offer within agreed turnaround times.Maintain student records on PRISMS and issue CoE in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with relevant legislation and UNSW College policies.Respond to enquiries about UNSW College''s educational programs and provide accurate information and appropriate referral to ensure students have necessary information.Maintain the accuracy of student records across all systems.The successful applicant will have:Relevant experience in working in an international admissions environment including the assessment of international applications for admissions in a complex educational organisation.Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the ESOS Legislative Framework and the ability to interpret government legislation within the international education sector and apply it to the day-to-day operations of the position.Demonstrated attention to detail with respect to data entry and adherence to company processes and guidelines.Proven ability to provide effective analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-driven attitude.A position description is available in the link below.
