This role focuses on proactive education, case management, and community wellbeing, ensuring students have opportunities for growth and reflection.In This Role You WillLead a team of Health and Wellbeing Officers to support a positive and inclusive residential experience.Oversee community standards, responding to resident concerns and managing behavioural expectations through a case management approach.Develop and deliver educational programs focused on wellbeing, prevention, and community engagement.Work closely with stakeholders to manage high-risk cases, apply restorative practices, and ensure alignment with policies and legislation.This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus on Awabakal land.How will you inspire us?You Will HaveStrong stakeholder engagement, case management, and crisis management skills, with the ability to work within professional boundaries.Experience in behavioural management, community support, and working within legislative and policy frameworks.Familiarity with restorative practices, with a passion for fostering student safety, growth, and learning.This role is ideal for someone looking to join a vibrant, supportive team and who is driven by a passion for creating safe and vibrant communities for young students.What We OfferThe remuneration for this position is from $99,655 to $112,112 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.We offer a range of benefits and employment conditions that help you balance your commitments, stay healthy, and work effectively.
