Your high-level professionalism and administrative expertise will be highly valued in a supportive and collaborative work environment.Key Responsibilities of the roleProvide high level confidential administrative support to the Auxiliary Bishop, including management of their appointment diary, travel arrangements and episcopal portfolio;Triage incoming correspondence and enquiries to the Bishop and progress each matter to an appropriate point and in a timely manner as required;Liaise with the Office of the Archbishop, Parishes and Parish Priests regarding scheduling and itineraries for episcopal visitations and sacramental celebrations;Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality correspondence and communications.Co-ordinate the collation and distribution of papers and briefings for meetings, conferences, and relevant Commissions;Coordinate and manage meeting and events including planning, invitations, catering, venue, and accommodation;Draft Minutes and associated documentation for review and follow up action items to ensure completion.About youYou are a dedicated professional with a heart to serve. You are able to craft professional, high-quality correspondence and communications and are recognised as someone who gets things done.What will ensure your success:Demonstrated experience within a similar high-level administrative position with a sound knowledge of administrative and secretarial systems, processes and procedures;A basic understanding of Catholic teaching on the nature of the Church, Sacraments, the Sacred Liturgy and Liturgical Year.
