As a leading market specialist, we offer in-house 3D designs and a seamless experience for our clients from concept to completion.We are looking for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant with building industry experience to be the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential support to our office team.This role is perfect for someone with a great attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments, processing invoices, reconciling payments, and assisting with job organization to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Xero experience is essential, as you will be handling invoice entry, payment reconciliation, and financial administration.You will also liaise with clients, trades, and suppliers, ensuring professional and clear communication across all projects.
