Concentrix Catalyst is seeking a motivated Technical Lead to join our dynamic team, where you will collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver bespoke applications for a wide range of high-profile clients, including leaders in Travel, FinTech, FMCG, Retail, Agriculture, Government, Logistics, Utilities, and Education.What will your day look like with us:Be excited to work alongside a talented group of innovators to create digital products.As a Software Engineer in Test, you are an essential part of the engineering team and are responsible for assuring the quality of software projects through test automation.Be expected to demonstrate expertise in the creation and management of Test Plans and Automated Tests and be able to quickly learn and utilise new technologies.Demonstrate superb communication skills, be highly analytical, organised, thorough, self-motivated, and enjoy collaborative software development projects.Gain experience working on projects across different industries and have the opportunity to nurture products and see them through to completion and into maintenance.Self-motivate, proactive, enthusiastic, and assertive.Identify and escalate defects found during testing within timely resolution and minimal impact on project quality and schedule.Manage test infrastructure, execute automated tests, and contribute to the continuous maintenance of test cases.Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to other quality team members.Develop automated scripts and frameworks to enhance web and mobile applications.Determine if test case can be automated or not automated on a per Sprint/Release basis.Perform Automated validation of web and mobile applications.Write clear and concise bug reports and collaborate with other engineering team members to resolve defects.You will bring:At least 4+ years of experience in automation testing.Experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, Java, or C#.Experience with XCTest, Espresso, Appium, or equivalent mobile automation tools.Ideally experienced with web automation technologies and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, BrowserStack, and MS AppCenter.Exposed to backend system & API (REST, GraphQL) testing.Experience interacting with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Github, or equivalent.Knowledge of cloud-based solutions such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent.Experience delivering through both Agile and traditional methodologies and frameworks.Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git (mandatory) and SVN.Ability to co-lead the Quality Guild and contribute to the greater Catalyst quality community.Experience working with TDD and BDD methodologies is a plus.Experience with AWS infrastructure is a plus.ISTQB certification is a plus.Who We AreConcentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy, talent, and technology.
