You will demonstrate good initiative and problem-solving skills as well as an ability to work effectively with children, family members and internal/external service providers in order to best support and meet the child and familys needs and priorities.This position contributes to the success of DPV Health by operating as a Speech Pathologist Grade 2 within the Child Health team in Hume.Desired Skills and ExperienceBring your great, everyday!In this role, you will:Be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive centre based and consultative Speech Pathology service to children up to school age that is co-designed with the family, to meet the needs of the child and family in a manner which respects their rights and confidentiality.Work in partnership and collaboration with the professionals who are supporting the child/family, to provide a timely and developmentally appropriate service and support.
