Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors.Vestas Australia is looking for a SCADA Engineer who has a good understanding of SCADA and its implementations in large projects. The primary objective of this position is to execute detailed engineering of the SCADA system, OFC Network, SCADA installations, and configuration:Responsibilities:Creation and review of Technical Requirement Specifications, Design Descriptions,Design and Troubleshoot Network issues (Remotely and/or on-site),Creation and review of Test & Verification Procedures and Reports,Perform corrective and preventive maintenance for installed SCADA/PPC systems,On-call technical support to remote sites,Report on system status and coordination for updates,The SCADA Engineer will be the primary point of contact for the SBU Region for all SCADA/PPC activities including technical advisory and collaborating with the APAC SCADA team and global SCADA regardless of the project phase (Sales, Construction, or Service).Ordering of hardware, Factory Acceptance Testing at local warehouse,PPC Installation; PPC product configuration and commissioning; Implementation of PPC-FDS including implementation of MIMICs and implementation of control loops,PPC Implementation description which is documented, reviewed, and approved.
