This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing day-to-day farm operations and ensuring the production of high-quality, sustainable produce. As the Assistant Farm Manager, you will work closely with the Farm Manager to oversee daily operations, manage agricultural practices, support staff training, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your leadership and hands-on expertise will directly contribute to the farms efficiency and productivity.We operate on a 7-day rotating roster, offering a dynamic work schedule that balances both work-life integration and operational requirements. This position is available for immediate commencement.
