Action Plans Pty LtdAs we continue to grow, our vibrant team is seeking an experienced landscape architect to join us.Benefits, Tasks & ResponsibilitiesPlanning and designing land areas for projects such as open space networks, parks, schools, institutions, roads, external areas for all building types, land subdivisions, and commercial, industrial and residential sites.Obtaining advice from clients and management to determine type, style and size of planned buildings and alterations to existing buildings.Preparing project documentation, including sketches and scale drawings, and integrating structural, mechanical and aesthetic elements in final designs.Compiling and analysing site and community data about geographical and ecological features, landforms, soils, vegetation, site hydrology, visual characteristics and human-made structures, to formulate land use and development recommendations, and for preparing environmental impact statements.Preparing reports, site plans, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates for land development, showing location and details of proposals, including ground modelling, structures, vegetation and access.Qualifications & ExperienceHave a relevant degree.Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience, successfully demonstrating landscape design projects from concept to completion.Skilled drawing proficiency.Sound organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.Strong communication, both written and verbal.Versatile approach to working independently and as a team player.Ability to stay informed with industry innovation, materials and regulations.About CompanyWe, Action Plans, are experts in designing, drafting, and obtaining council approval for residential houses.
