The fashion of the day was stiletto heels that broke by the thousands on the cobblestone streets.In 1967 they established operations in Australia and have since grown to 350+ stores across Australia and New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia excelling in the services of Shoe Repair, Key Cutting, Engraving and Watch Service.Mister Minit''s future will be continually driven by their vision ''By fixing people''s problems we will be the most trusted brand in households and personal services throughout Asia and the Pacific.We are currently looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee our stores located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Darwin, Hobart and other cities.Reporting To The Area Manager, The Primary Responsibilities AreMaintaining key relationships with Area Manager, Support office team, Retail Center Managements & other stores within the retail centers.Interviewing and selection of shop members and supervisors.Rostering including all breaks in accordance with company policy.Overseeing the performance and quality of services provided by each shop member.Reviewing the sales performance of shop(s) services and product turnover volume Recommend and undertake repricing valuation or further promote & market underperforming services and products in accordance with market sentiment and profit margins.Reporting and recommending sales and marketing initiatives.Recommending staffing and seasonal promotional budget.Monitoring inventory and supplies to ensure each shop does not undergo any shortages.Liaising with suppliers and Franchise office for stock ordering and any relevant matters.Ensuring all shop members are aware and in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations as well as Mister Minits internal workplace safety and procedure policies.Dealing with escalated customer queries and complaints.As When RequiredCoaching and support for incoming & new franchise owners to achieve overall financial targets and operating standards in accordance with Mister Minits Company Policies and Procedures.Providing customer service, sales, and quotations to customers.Undertaking shop services as when other shop members are occupied.RequirementsAQF recognized/equivalent Diploma of Business/Management or higher and 1-year full time experience as a Retail Manager, ORMinimum 3+ years full time experience as a Retail Manager.Track record of leadership and management skills is required.At least one trade knowledge and experience of our provided services is highly preferred.Open to SponsorshipWe welcome skilled applicants seeking employer sponsorship.
