With a strong presence in international trade, they specialize in red meat and uphold the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionCoordinate and manage international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.Prepare, review, and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, food safety standards, and country-specific import/export requirements.Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to track shipments and resolve any logistical challenges.Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and regulatory filings.Liaise with internal teams, including sales, production, and quality assurance, to meet export requirements.Address customer inquiries and provide shipment status updates to international clients.Identify and resolve issues related to shipping delays, documentation discrepancies, or regulatory compliance.Stay updated on international trade laws, tariffs, and industry trends to ensure smooth operations.Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in export operations.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal Export Coordinator is a detail-oriented and organized professional with a strong understanding of international trade and logistics. They excel at multitasking, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with global regulations. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and freight partners are essential.
