The applicant needs to have demonstrated confidence in group facilitation and engagement of patients across age groups.Skills And ExperienceAccredited undergraduate degree in Psychology, with APHRA registered and unrestricted general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia or equivalent.APHRA registered as a Social Worker or Mental Health NurseTraining and experience facilitating group therapy using different therapeutic modalities which include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and/or Schema Therapy.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be self-motivated and function autonomously whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to facilitate and deliver skill group content with creativity and flexibilityAble to plan, organise and prioritise workload in a complex therapeutic environmentFamiliar with Microsoft SuiteRequirementsMust provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 monthsAccording to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.To ApplyAll applications must be lodged online.
