In addition to a competitive salary and extra leave benefits, you''ll be encouraged to innovate within a supportive, team-driven environment, where your unique contributions truly make an impact.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage events and projects from concept to completion.MUST be open to interstate travel, client & networking events held at least 6-7 times per year.Be the gatekeeper and first point of contact to the managing director: calendar management, inbox management, financial reporting.Handle logistics, budgeting, and stakeholder communications.Liaise with clients, facilitators, and vendors to ensure seamless program delivery.Maintain project timelines, documentation, and evaluation reports.Support program facilitators and travel as needed.Assist in marketing, alumni engagement, and business development.Oversee office administration, diary management, and financial reporting.Skills & ExperienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook).Previous experience in projects, events administration, or as a team/personal/executive assistant.Strong background in stakeholder communication and relationship management.Experience handling logistics, budgeting, and program coordination.Familiarity with psychology, counselling, or related fields is advantageous.Proficiency in using event management and office software.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate must possess a strong "can do" approach whilst having the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
