Alinea International (Asia and the Pacific) is part of the global Alinea International group, headquartered in Canada.About the RoleAlinea International is looking for a part-time (0.8 FTE) Operations and Administrative Support Officer to work alongside our Operations Team in supporting our companys continuous growth. This role will be based in Alinea Internationals Head Office in Melbourne. The Support Officer will work in contract management, as well as provide general administrative assistance to Alinea Internationals offices and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management:Contract management, including invoicing, procurement, and budget monitoringConducting due diligence according to our policiesLiaising with client contacts on deliverables and requirementsSupporting sub-contracting and managing sub-contract complianceAdministration and Office Management:Supporting recruitment and onboarding of staffMaintaining and purchasing general office supplies in accordance with procurement policyMaintaining office spaces in line with workplace health and safety protocolsKeeping documents and filing systems up to dateOther Administrative duties as requiredSelection CriteriaExceptional organisational skillsA relevant tertiary qualification, or experience in a similar roleIntermediate computer skills and substantial experience with Microsoft OfficeExperience, and accuracy, with data entryExperience supporting administrative processesDesirable:Experience working with ERP systems, relational databases, or other data management toolsExperience working in international development or servicing Government departmentsPersonal AttributesAttention to detailQuick learnerAbility to take direction and work as part of a teamPassion for social justice #J-18808-Ljbffr
