Our Four Core Values Are:Connection with EmpathyMastery with PracticeBalance with DirectionPlay with PurposeWhat does this role look like?Configure and deploy workstations including Windows and Mac.Use InTune to securely manage devices, access, and apps.Maintain user accounts via Active Directory and Azure AD.Ensure endpoint security with Microsoft Defender and compliance monitoring.Keep asset registers up to date and manage hardware lifecycles.Support team productivity by managing Office 365, SharePoint, and other software tools.Assist with cluster management, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and minor configuration changes in collaboration with sysadmins.Participate in the ISMS committee and contribute towards our ISO27001 certification.Support basic system administration tasks, such as server maintenance and backups.Wed be thrilled if you have:3+ years'' experience in a similar role.Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Defender, and Office 365.Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and SharePoint administration.Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks.Familiarity with cluster management tools and practices (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).Basic understanding of virtualisation (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware) and scripting tools like PowerShell.A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills.Why work with us?Experience a warm and collaborative work culture where everyone is included in decisions and opportunities, regardless of role, age, or tenure.Work in our Milton, Brisbane office - just 60m from the train stationwith easy access to cafes and restaurants.Celebrate Toastie Tuesday: Every Tuesday, we provide everything you need to create your perfect toastie at lunch.
