At Spencer Health, we provide specialised mental health services for neurodivergent individuals, and we are looking for a passionate and organised Client Care Officer to join our Administration Team.The Role:As a Client Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing reception and administrative support at the front desk across all three locations (Mosman, Gladesville & Hornsby). You will play a key role in ensuring that the needs of our clients & clinicians are met, while aligning with the values of Spencer Health. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at all 3 of our sites, so flexibility and capacity to move between sites is a must. We offer a flexible work schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance.This role is casual, offering 16 set hours of work per week, with an opportunity to increase hours. Individual must be available for following hours, which include:Friday: 9.30am - 12.30pm (Mosman Clinic)Core Duties:Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for clinicians, including managing patient records, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.Reception Cover: Provide reception and administrative support at the front desk across all three locations, ensuring a smooth client experience.Client Liaison: Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and other stakeholders, offering a warm, supportive experience.Technology Management: Utilise practice management software to ensure smooth operations and support the clinic''s daily functions.About You:You are an organised, reliable, and proactive individual with a passion for supporting mental health and neurodivergent communities. You are a strong communicator with excellent time-management skills and a background in administration.
