Responsibilities:Assess requirements of FCCVi for software and hardware applications and devices to resolve issues and problems.Communicate and liaise with customers, clients, and executives to respond to inquiries on software and hardware problems faced.Recommend and implement improvements in the use of programs and hardware to meet user needs and the needs of the organisation as a whole.Provide technical, application, and operational support to clients and internal staff by assisting in the installation of appropriate software.Analyze job and task performance of staff and suggest enhancements to ensure efficient use of applications and equipment.Implement computer networks and data repositories to ensure accessible retrieval and tracking of information for use by the organisation and its members, particularly to comply with the requirements of the regulatory body.Operate, repair, and maintain the organisations IT and related equipment such as printers and computers.Assist in designing and maintaining websites and apps such as Facebook and other networking applications.About the Company:The FILIPINO COMMUNITY COUNCIL OF VICTORIA INCORPORATED is the umbrella organisation of Filipino organisations in Victoria, operating as a non-political, non-stock, non-profit, and benevolent community service organisation.
