This position provides comprehensive information and high-level customer service to visitors, residents, and business operators, focusing on tourism-related products and services in the Esperance region as well as monitoring the Visitor Centre website, social media, and assisting in marketing.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Respond to customer enquiries at the front desk, electronically, and by phone in a helpful, friendly, and courteous manner.Manage all social media and design, update, and maintain brochures for Visitor Centre promotional materials.Assist with Visitor Centre in-house displays.This is a permanent full-time position, working 38 hours per week.About youIn order to succeed and thrive in this position, you must have:Highly developed customer service and public relations skills.Demonstrated experience designing promotional materials and working to a strict style guide.Understanding of social media platforms.BenefitsSalary: $67,323.00 - $70,095.00 dependent on qualifications and experience outlined on the position description.Permanent staff are entitled to:5 weeks annual leave per yearMinimum of 11.5% superannuation employer contributionSuperannuation co-contribution offered to a maximum of 5%Free access to the Bay of Isles Leisure Centre (pool & gym)Access to career development opportunitiesUniform allowanceFlexible work arrangementsEmployee wellness initiatives including Employee Assistance Program, skin checks, and flu vaccinationsApplications close on Sunday the 2nd of March 2025.
